Exchange/Return Policies
At Chelure, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our skin care products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following policy:
If the order is incomplete/incorrect or some products are missing, the case will be independently reviewed by our customer support team. All products in unopened, unused retail sizes may be returned within 7 days of initial purchase. All shipping charges related to the approved return are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Policies
We strive hard to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your order. All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and will be delivered within 4-7 working days. In case of any natural disasters or political unrest, delays in shipments can be expected. For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
